1. Activating a New Device ✨

Once the Moto⋅Halo Tracker installed into your vehicle, please download the app for your smartphone ⤵︎

Once installed click Register on the main page of the app and commence the signup process. Each device will require a monthly/yearly subscription which can be activated by scanning the IMEI or entering the IMEI number which you will find printed on the device. If you’re unable to locate this contact our support team on 01942 808 708.

3. In Case of Theft 🔓 (MotoHalo S7 Pro device only)

In the event of a theft, call 101, report the crime and request a Crime Reference Number (CRN). Then, contact the 24/7 monitoring call centre on 01625 801 290 to report the theft. The call centre will liaise with law enforcement to assist in recovering the vehicle.

For your own safety, it is recommended that you do not visit to the live location. Instead, pass all the information onto to law enforcement and the monitoring centre.
