1. Register New Account

Open the MotoHalo app and tap Register. Provide the required information, including your name, email address, Phone number and password.

2. Verify Activation code

After submitting your details, you'll receive an activation code via email. Enter this code in the app and tap Confirm to verify your account.

3. Enter Device IMEI

Location the IMEI number on the installation confirmation document provided after installation. If you can't locate this document, contact our support team for assistance.

In the app, enter the IMEI number in the designated field Or Scan the devices IMEI by clicking on Scan device barcode. Tap + Add Device to link the new device to your account. If you have purchased multiple devices you can add subsequent devices by clicking Scan device barcode

4. Select a Subscription

All subscriptions require a 12-month minimum commitment.

MotoHalo S7 Pro

• Monthly Plan: £7.99 per month, per device

Dealer Coupon If you purchased a subscription bundled with a new vehicle which included a 12-month subscription code via your dealership, redeem it as follows:
